Travel
To travel is to live. And this was probably why we started backpacker hostels in the first place. We’ve travelled the world and are bringing a little bit of everything to India as well as a little bit of India to the world.
Sustainability
Making sustainable decisions lies very close to our hearts and is at the core of our hostels. We staff our hostels with members of the local community and are committed to growing our employees as we grow our hostels.
New India
India is going through a period of resurgence and the youth have a huge role to play. Whether it’s the environment or employment practices, entrepreneurship can be used as a tool to bring about social change. The only way forward is to stop talking and to start doing.

our in-house expert on coffee and beards, Joshua crunches numbers for fun and can comfortably jump into a conversation about anything under the sun

life of the party and guru of all things fun, Emily’s charisma is what makes her a rare find. We suspect there must be a secret behind her unlimited energy..

Problem solver with an outgoing personality who is able to manage a team, implement the operations strategy and maintain service standards while ensuring employee and customer satisfaction.
Full Stack Developer
Full stack developer who can work independently towards exploring, testing and integrating new technologies into existing architecture. Experience with dev-ops would be highly valued.
Back-end Developer
If you are skilled with any programming language and get a kick out of trolling stack-overflow to fix your problems then we need to talk. Experience with NodeJS and MongoDB would be a huge plus.
Head of F&B
Experiential travel starts in the kitchen. Whether it’s the perfect pour over coffee, a fresh batch of brownies or some chakhna to go with the hot stuff, we’re looking for a leader in our F&B department.
Volunteer
