Most of you will be flying in from all corners of the world, so we’ve reserved this day to arrive, check-in and get settled into your rooms. We will organize a communal dinner so that you can meet your companions. For those of you who aren’t exhausted, we’ll organize a trip to the night market.
We kick start our week by diving head first into a yoga practice session at our rooftop studio followed by introductory indoor classes. Once the day gets a bit cooler, we’ll head to the beach and spend some time in the water..
Goa was a Portugeuse colony for over 450 years which is why the Goan way of life is quite unique. We’ll start off by exploring Panjim, the capital city followed by a tour of Old Goa. We’ll then make our way further inland to give you a glimpse into village life..
Our camp site is located right next to the backwaters of a protected bird sanctuary. We’ll kick start the day kayaking around and then finish off with a bird-watching boat tour. You’ll have the afternoon free to take some time for yourself..
This will probably be the most hectic day of the week because we’ll sneak a peek into the Indian market scene. Lots of sounds, sights and smells to experience as we move from the local market to the hippie market.
Today, we focus on giving you a deep dive into various elements of the traditional Indian culture. We’ll explore the tenets of Ayurveda before getting into the thick of things in the kitchen. The night meditation will calm you down before bed.
After our daily yoga and breakfast, we’ll make our way to Arambol beach, which is quite famous for its hippie movement. This is also our last dinner together, so we’ll make it special by hosting a small goodbye ceremony.
Our magical week together has come to an end. Some of you will head back to your regular lives and others will leap into another adventure. We’ll be around to help you with any of your travel needs.

We are located walking distance from the beaches of Vagator, which is a typical Goan village that is host to a growing international vibe. Situated on the rooftop, one of our yoga studios overlooks the tropical rain-forest while our indoor studio is designed with a minimalist style that fades into the background. We’ve also hidden hammocks all around the property, ideal for an afternoon nap or quiet conversation. Expect small touches like a turmeric tonic at sunrise, coconut water by the pool in the afternoon, and fun communal activities organized every evening.
We take our coffee seriously. And while we’re at it, we have a range of organic Indian teas, cakes, cookies and healthy snacks.
Cool off from the tropical heat, strike up a conversation or just chill out and watch the leaves fall while taking a dip in our pool
To supplement your rejuvenation experience, our spa brings you other Ayurvedic treatments developed by the ancient Indian culture.
You no longer have an excuse to skip your workout. Fortunately, our gym is built on a platform with a great view of the jungle.
Fresh vegetables and fruits prepared daily in a thoughtful manner to nourish you as you embark on your journey of self-discovery!
We have 2 yoga studios – one on the rooftop overlooking the jungle and another located indoors to protect us from external stimuli

After 2 months in Goa we ended in this hostel to have some relax time for 3 days. I really didn't want to leave!! We had barbeque nights and a lot of good vibes!! Everything was absolutely fantastic! Super clean, the staff is awesome , perfect rooms, yoga in the mornings (i recommend!)... was just PERFECT! I highly recommended to everybody!
I loved my short stay here. A stone's throw away from the beach, it is so green and the space at the back has a common area which is quiet and perfect for a long afternoon spent reading. It gets fuller towards the evening though. The cafe's granola bars are huge and keep you filled for hours! Apart from that, the staff is very nice, the place is clean and I had no problems with security of my things during my stay. 10/10 would go back.
A perfect home away home. The staff were friendly and just a call away. Any info needed about the city was also available. Though it was a solo trip for me but i never felt alone.
